Cookies Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains which cookies and storage technologies cavidas.com uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Together with similar technologies such as browser local storage (localStorage), they allow the site to work properly and remember your preferences.
2. Cookies and storage we use
We only use strictly necessary or preference cookies and storage. We do not use analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising cookies.
Strictly necessary
- cavidas_token — authentication cookie that keeps you signed in to the private admin area. It is only used for account holders; visitors to the public site do not receive it.
- cavidas-cookie-consent — local storage (localStorage) that saves your decision about this cookie notice so we do not show it again.
Preference
- sidebar_state — remembers whether the admin panel sidebar is expanded or collapsed (expiry: 7 days). Applies only to the admin area.
3. No analytics or advertising cookies
We currently do not use Google Analytics, social media pixels, or any other tracking or advertising tools. Should this change in the future, we would update this policy and request your prior consent where required.
4. How to manage cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is saved in localStorage; you can reset it by clearing the site data in your browser.
In addition, most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy when we adopt new technologies or for legal reasons. The current version will always be available on this page.
