Reproductive Health & Wellness Center
Back to case studies
Reproductive Health and Wellness Center opened with nothing. No rankings, no brand, no history.
In Orange County, California, that is about the hardest place to start. Fertility is one of the most competitive and emotionally charged healthcare categories you can operate in. Established clinics with years of reviews, authority, and ad budgets own the search results. Walking in as a brand new practice with a brand new website meant starting at zero against people who had been building for years.
We built the website from scratch with technical SEO and local SEO wired into the architecture from day one, not added later. Treatment-specific landing pages for every service. A fertility lifestyle blog built around keywords and trending topics that people in that situation were actually searching for. Google Maps optimization so that anyone searching nearby would find them. Then we translated the entire site into Spanish and Mandarin, ranked in Baidu for the Chinese market, and built cross-promotional partnerships with companies in Hong Kong to reach patients looking at fertility options internationally.
The content side ran alongside it. A YouTube channel with videos on fertility topics that connected with people going through something deeply personal. One video reached 2.8 million views. Social media, a live streaming program, and webinars where doctors answered real questions in real time built the kind of trust that no ad can manufacture. TV ads on streaming channels and Spotify lead campaigns brought in patients who would never have found them through search alone. PR placements and partnerships with fertility influencers and celebrities gave the brand credibility in a category where credibility is everything.
Within 6 months they were ranking number one for fertility clinic in Orange County on Google. The fastest growing fertility clinic in California. The appointment calendar filled up and stayed full, routinely booked three months out. We worked with them for three years until a large investor group acquired the practice.
They came in with nothing and left as the clinic everyone else in the market was trying to catch.
