Málaga Forum
Back to case studies
Málaga Forum had no idea if their ads were working.
Not because the results were bad. Because there was no way to know. Budget was going into traffic campaigns with no conversion tracking, no pixel, no visibility into what was actually selling tickets. For a venue running events at 50,000 people, dog shows, drive-in cinema, farmers markets, and full festival productions with international artists, that is a serious problem.
We came in and rebuilt it from the ground. New website with a UX built around how people actually find and buy tickets for events, a calendar that is simple to update from the back end, and SEO baked into the architecture from day one. Then we fixed the ad accounts. Meta was running but blind, so we installed tracking pixels and the Conversions API across every platform. Opened new accounts on LinkedIn and TikTok. Launched campaigns with full automation tied to a CRM, WhatsApp follow-up sequences, and calendar integrations so that corporate and private event enquiries did not fall through the gaps.
Within 180 days ticket sales were up 75%. But the number that surprised even us was the venue rental side. They were getting 3 enquiries a month from businesses and private clients wanting to rent the space. With a small budget and the right targeting, that became 10 leads a day.
They went from spending on traffic and hoping, to knowing exactly where every sale came from.
