Leeduca
Back to case studies
Giving an educational offer the commercial structure it needed
Leeduca needed a website that could support the full customer journey. Its previous site explained the project, but its primarily informational approach was not structured to sell products or handle the different ways customers needed to purchase them.
The challenge went beyond a visual refresh. It required rethinking how the offer was presented, how information was organized, and how each type of organization moved toward a purchase.
At CAVIDAS, we approached this as a complete commercial repositioning and website development project. The new experience needed to preserve the value of Leeduca’s educational content while connecting it to a purchasing journey.
Ecommerce built around different purchasing needs
We reorganized the website’s structure and content to present the products with a clearer commercial focus. We then developed an ecommerce experience with purchasing routes based on organization type and the organization’s Spanish tax identifier, or CIF.
The solution distinguishes between public schools and educational organizations, and private clinics. It also supports a standard checkout and specific purchasing scenarios.
This distinction is part of how the website works. The project goes beyond the appearance of individual pages: it adapts the buying experience to the needs Leeduca had to accommodate.
We also added a blog module and editable publication tools, allowing the website to combine educational information with a structure designed to present and sell its products.
A delivered transformation, with early search observations
The new website launched on September 18, 2026. Leeduca now has an ecommerce experience with differentiated purchasing routes and editable publication management.
The supplied Google Search Console screenshot displays 803 clicks, 1.81K impressions, a 44.3% CTR, and an average position of 3.7. The client confirms that the figures cover the period since launch; the visible chart extends to September 29, 2026.
These figures provide an initial view of search performance. There was no pre-launch Search Console baseline, and no sales or conversion figures have been supplied, so they are not presented as growth against the previous website.
The achievement the project clearly demonstrates is the transformation of an informational site into a commercial tool that accommodates how its different customers purchase.
