Falcanna
Back to case studies
A brand across several markets needed a shared digital presence
Falcanna.com, the US cannabis brand, had a digital presence divided across four regional experiences: two US state markets, Spain, and Germany.
The project required a careful balance. The brand needed a central website and a more consistent presentation, while its markets still needed to be organized through regional domains. Some products were also missing from the online catalog.
At CAVIDAS, we brought those requirements together through branding, web architecture, and development. The aim was to give Falcanna a shared digital foundation while retaining the regional structure it continued to need.
Branding and development built around the same structure
We developed a central website for the brand, alongside specific branding work and a redesign to make its digital presentation more consistent.
The new structure brings Falcanna’s brand presentation together while preserving the role of regional domains in organizing its markets. The relationship between the central brand and regional experiences was an essential part of the project.
We also added previously unlisted products and organized the catalog into six categories with their corresponding product types. This created an expanded, more ordered catalog connected to the wider brand presentation.
A digital foundation that better represents the whole brand
The delivery gives Falcanna.com a central website, a more consistent visual identity, and an expanded, organized catalog. It brings together brand, structure, and product decisions that had previously been spread across regional experiences.
The project’s value lies in that coherence: a shared presentation for the brand, with an architecture that still accommodates its markets.
The launch was around June or July, with the exact date awaiting confirmation. No post-launch performance metrics have been supplied, so this case showcases the delivered work without attributing traffic, ranking, sales, or conversion improvements to it.
